The Temple of Heaven: The Temple of Heaven is a popular imperial complex located on the southeastern part of central Beijing. The Great Wall of China: The Great Wall of China is a collective series of fortification system built along the northern borders of China to protect the Chinese states and empires from their enemies and other nomadic groups. The walls were built as early as the 7th century BC while the newer walls were constructed by the Qin Shi Huang during the 220 to 206 BC.
